The Problem

Research & Discovery

Design Approach

We designed a clean, fast-loading storefront with mobile-first navigation. Product pages were redesigned to prioritize high-quality imagery and social proof. The checkout flow was streamlined to reduce steps.

Architecture

Custom Next.js frontend consuming Shopify Storefront API, with Redis for aggressive caching, Cloudflare CDN for global edge delivery, and Stripe for optimized payment processing.

Engineering

We implemented lazy loading, image optimization with next/image, code splitting, and edge caching strategies. The entire storefront was rebuilt as a static site with incremental regeneration for dynamic product data.
