The Problem
Organizations struggled to measure and improve cultural intelligence. Existing solutions were either too academic or too superficial. OneCultur needed a platform that made complex cultural data accessible, actionable, and scalable for enterprise HR teams.
Research & Discovery
We conducted 20+ interviews with HR leaders and DEI professionals to understand their workflow. The key insight: they needed real-time dashboards, not static reports. Data had to drive immediate action.
Design Approach
We designed a modular dashboard with personalized learning paths. The UI emphasizes clarity—complex data visualized simply. Every screen was prototyped and tested with actual HR professionals before development began.
Architecture
A microservices architecture with React frontend, Node.js backend, PostgreSQL for relational data, and Redis for caching real-time analytics. Enterprise SSO via SAML 2.0 ensures seamless integration with corporate IT systems.
Engineering
We built reusable component libraries, automated CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implemented comprehensive test coverage. The platform handles 100,000+ concurrent assessment sessions with sub-100ms response times.
